Many thanks to Paxx and Koasati for all the work that this took.

It's a great site.

Can I recommend that International users send 'date of birth' in mm/dd/yyyy format for simplicity.
on Jul 21, 2003
International?
Why does everyone else put their date in the wrong format, and not the logical dd/mm/yyyy?
on Jul 21, 2003
I checked this out and all I have to say is WOW. Ya never know. It's nice to be able to put a face to the work. It makes it more personable. Great work.

Thank you for the kind feedback.

Heroes one and all! (self excluded) Marvellous community, thanks to all involved.

The date thing. You know it wouldn't be in order if you would sort by date. That's why I use mm/dd/yyyy for everything.
on Jul 21, 2003
The mm/dd/yyyy format is kinda a standard in the computer industry, although I admit the dd/mm/yyyy format makes more sense (smallest unit to the largest).
on Jul 21, 2003
mm/dd/yyyy is only standard in the computer industries in those countries which use that format!

Anyway, back to the site. Good work guys!
on Jul 21, 2003
why not skip all the confusing and just use "month/day/year" as in January, 1, 19** - then no-one can misunderstand it!

Anyways, great work guys. Lets hope that more will be sending in their pics!

All I can say is "Ay Carumba!!!"
on Jul 21, 2003
Sorry, I didn't say it right. I didn't mean computer industry in general, more in the programming industry if you prefer.
on Jul 21, 2003
Besides, if I ever feel like adding extra features, such as show the birthdays on the month for example, it will make my life much easier in the mm/dd/yyyy format.
on Jul 21, 2003
Enough with the date thing already... I'll settle it right now... it's my nickel, and it will be mm/dd/yyyy!

Thanx everyone, we're glad you're enjoying the site (other than that pesky date thing)
